Two plates split by a diagonal: a duplex outlet above, a toggle switch below. The base sits on the wall with four magnets and the cover seats into it, leaving a 2 millimetre frame of base showing.

    Base

    A slim base takes the place of your old plate and screws onto the same switch or outlet. Nothing electrical changes and nothing is replaced.

    Cover

    The cover sits on the base, held by magnets. No visible screws on the front.

  3. 03

    Change

    When the wall changes color, order covers. Off and on with a fingernail.

Before you order.

Will it fit my outlet?

It fits the standard devices already in your wall: Decora-style switches, dimmers and rockers, toggle switches, and duplex outlets.

Do I need an electrician?

No. The base replaces your existing plate and screws onto the same device. No wiring is touched and the outlet works as before.

Will I have to touch up the paint?

The base is 6mm taller than a standard plate, so it covers the old outline above and below. It is the same width, so a horizontal paint line, if you have one, may still show.

Can I mix colors between the base and the cover?

Yes. Any of the eight finishes on either part.

I rent. Can I use these?

Yes. It is a plate swap. Keep your original plate and put it back when you leave.
